Art of Movement

So, back to DisaFear's self-piteous and boastful blog entries XD

A skill that I admire in anyone is grace.

The art of movement.

Fluid movement.

I love this so much. Effortlessly negotiating crowds. Terrific footwork to swivel. Leaping off stairs to land gracefully at the bottom. Radiating confidence. Radiating aura. Reflexes. Reacting to changes in the environment instantaneously. Constant vigilance (Harry Potter! Remember it? XD )

I don't know what made me so interested in fluid movement. Then there's parkour and free-running, love those. All beautiful. Maybe its all those thriller books I read. Or the video games? Dishonoured? Gosh. You guys are thinking I am crazy :D

Even ballet interests me now, with its awesome footwork. Sports as well, like badminton, tennis, etc, all have terrific footwork to go with them

There are many things of beauty in this world. And I think 'graceful movement' is one of them. And I will become a master of it one day XD

Summer Winds

There's a beautiful breeze outside :) So refreshing after the hot day that was yesterday.
Walked out of Kmart today with two strollers and lots of toy cars. Not for me of course...but the audience don't know that D: Probably thought I was some crazy young teen father D:

What can I rant about today?

Hm.

Smokers.

Why do they do it? Stress? Trend? Really?
There are other much better ways to relieve stress. Really. Google it up and I'm sure you will live to see some grandchildren.

Cool? Really? If your friends find smoking cool, they are not friends at all. Friends do not seek to bestow early death upon their loved ones.

There are much cooler things in the world than a cigarette and early death. Motorbikes? Cooking? Breakdancing? Endless list...

Ooo, I have a new-found passion in cooking :D After these holidays, I will become a master-chef :D

So pro! The sky is a perfect blend of colours, so moody and nice :) The weather looks soo cold, just by looking at it, yum, shivers down my spine :D That poor person, gazing at the horizon, looking for...something... XD

Shopaholic

Went for a bit of man-shopping today with the boys :D

Naturally, with a smartphone around, need to bring in some wireless internets to the house, so I went ahead and bought a router. Now there's radio waves buzzing around my head :D

And for anyone I know reading this, who knows about certain stuff, it's getting closer!! :D

A Memory of Light

Yay, very soon, the final book in the legendary series 'Wheel of Time' will be out! How long I have waited! :D

Hey you guys. Go read Wheel of time! :D
Honestly one of my favourite series of all time. Many people find it too descriptive, too long, but setting the atmosphere and mood is all part of good novels. 

In other news...hm, let me think up of good news...I don't know, I am feeling pro once again, in a long time. Something good happened yesterday :D

The tinge of colours on the heavens is beautiful! :D The structure itself is very well thought out, looks amazing. Could this be the future? Only time will tell XD
The only thing I'm not fond of is the terrain itself, but the artist knows best! :D

The style of painting is wonderful. I really love the colours used in this one, the red and black meld really nice, and contrast each other where appropiate.
The concept behind the image is pro too, really love the look of the buildings/towers

Cityscape

There are some cute Google billboards around the city, the illustrations are so pretty :)

I shall not keep you long today (if anyone reads this of course) due to a splitting headache. Here is an interesting piece I ran across, Nexus 57 by TLBKaus

The colour scheme is brilliant - orange and black make a powerful combo. The depth of the image is fascinating too - it almost looks like a miniature city!

Lethargy

I'm so tired these days, so much work to do. Feel bad, can't even get the time to make a blog entry and do proper analysis (not that anyone cares :( )

The year...is 2027

Ever wondered what cities will look like in the future? When...the population soars...the only way is up! There are many video games out there that let you explore future worlds, with beautiful cities. Take a look at Heng Sha in the game Deus Ex: Human Revolution - whoa dude, step back! That scene is just breath-taking!

And you can explore that city! Even the sewers!

Reminds me of this, really

 

The Arch by MacRebisz possesses that architecture telling you 'up is the only way to go, son'. Really loving the look of that flying transport - if that city is as big as I think it as, we'd sure need it!

The colours on the buildings are phenomenal. The reds and blues really complement each other well. The yellowish atmosphere is similar to that of Heng Sha from Deus Ex, an ambient glow of beauty.

We are going to needs lots of electricity, yes...

Recently, I have been reading a novel by the name of Assassin's Apprentice by Robin Hobb. Highly recommend it, entrancing read. In it, there is a mention of the 'Red Ship Raiders', ruthless and efficient pirates that are causing the land-folk limitless trouble.

Pirates? Arr!

Plague Ship Sails into Korvosa by yanimator provides a powerful image, wonderfully detailed, perfect atmosphere, action-packed, vibrant and energizing. The colours are striking and bold, like the majestic ship itself, regal and tall.

The Dreamer

Ever since exams finished three weeks ago, I have been dreaming nearly every night. Don't know why. I woke up laughing today, so funny it was XD They need to make a machine to record dreams with, so I can get rich selling brilliant movie ideas :3

Even planets dream in their spare time.
